For being applied to these MQA learnerships you must have a grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualification which is completed with English literacy or N2 in Engineering Studies. You must have numeracy literacy and skills. You must have no major sensory restrictions. You must have great motor skills such as eye, hand and foot coordination.
