Hospitality management is the organisation and running of various areas within a hospitality property such as a restaurant or hotel. This includes food & beverage service, the front office, the kitchen, housekeeping, guest liaison and maintenance.
How does the traineeship programme work?
The traineeship is like an apprenticeship and there are two programmes available. One is a two year specialisation course and the other, a three year hospitality course. The courses are both theoretical and practical. You will complete the theoretical section of the course on a self-study basis and the practical component at a top hospitality property under the supervision of experienced professionals.
