Key Outputs
Fulfill all the requirements for successful completion of the Learnership
• Attend Training interventions as required
• Complete Portfolios of evidence timeously and with pride and commitment
• Adequate preparation for understudy assignments with experienced facilitators
• Rotation to various roles in a Training Organisation
• Fulfilling and completing all allocated assignments with diligence
• Work independently and take accountability for allocated duties
• Administration support to various sections as required
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 1-2 years administration experience(preferred not essential)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Knowledge of training and Seta landscape would be advantageous
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good planning and organisation skills
• Work independently and accountable
• Assertive
• Flexible
• Works well under-pressure
• Deadline driven and ability to manage time
• Customer focus
