DPSA Financial Disclosure; In terms of the Public Service Regulations, (PSR, ) designated employees are required to disclose their financial interests (Chapter 2, Part 2). In March 2024 the Minister for the Public Service and Administration issued a Determination and Directive on other categories of employees to disclose their financial interests. In terms of Regulation 18(5) which came into effect on 01 August , designated employees must use the electronic (eDisclosure) system to disclose their financial interests.

What is eDisclosure?

Background

Who are designated employees?

OSD / personal notches (level 13 & above) 30 June
Level 12 (including OSD/personal notches) 30 June
Ethics Officers / PSC officials 30 June
Level 11 (including OSD / personal notches) 31 July
Employees below level 11 in Supply Chain & Finance Units 31 July
New employees in all categories 30 days after assumption of duty

How can users access the system?

eDisclosure system can be accessed by URL https://edisclosure.gov.za within the government network. Users will at first use their identity number to access the system and thereafter a username and password will be required to access the system.
