Job description
A well-known organisation is seeking a training and development coordinator for their organisation.
The individual will be responsible for developing and maintain various databases and records, reconciling and reporting on relevant information, track and monitor divisional training activities and liaise with external providers and inserta to ensure the accurate delivery of all programmes.
Requirements
- Matric/grade 12
- Diploma or degree in learning and development/HR (or related qualification)
- Two to three years of working experience in a learning and development environment
