A Zurich Insurance Group Learnership
Zurich Insurance Group works together with Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA) invites applicants with potential to join Zurich Insurance Group learnership program that will be commenced on February 1st to January 31st 2024 where they will obtain exposure in various insurance sectors such as, claim, sales, and underwriting. The main objective of the learnership program by Zurich Insurance Group to provide opportunity for youth of South African from disadvantaged family to experience work-based training program. In addition, due to the completion of the program they gain qualification of FETC Short Term Insurance (Level 4).

However, applicants only can join Zurich Insurance Group learnership , 2024 & program if; (1) you are citizen of South African whose age is below 24, (2) considered as previously disadvantaged individual, (3) great communication skill in English which covers writing, reading, and speaking, not to mention if you have capability to communicate with another official languages, it will benefit you, (4) hold grade 12 or its relevant qualification with average 50% minimum for English and Maths, (5) you have no capability to finance yourself a qualification, and (6) you have no other qualification, but grade 12 and are not joining any institution to complete qualification.

Capable to meet the requirements of Zurich Insurance Group learnership, shall you apply the learnership online before you meet the closing date of the learnership program on October 29th. The learnership program, however, it is only available at Durban Office/309 Umhlanga Rocks Drive/La Lucia Ridge, and also at Head Office/15 Marshall Street/Ferreirasdorp/Johannesburg). Various duties and responsibilities that you will perform to assist you have more understanding toward the industry, some of them are; (1) able to complete the learning modules of the learnership together with additional learning program inline with the learnership, and (2) comply stipulated requirements by INSETA, thus you can obtain learnership certification.
