HOST COMPANY FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
A host employer to disburse allowance to the learner as follows:

In addition to the above, to provide adequate medical aid cover for the learner as follows:
Option 1 with the consent of the learner, provide access to the Host employer’s medical facilities or membership of the Host Company’s
medical aid scheme; or
Option 2 obtain a separate medical insurance policy for the benefit of the learner, with a monthly premium of at least R1000; or
Option 3 Where the Learner shows proof of an existing medical aid policy, to pay the learner and additional R1000 as part of the stipend
