REVIEWS

productivity is priority one in the organisation and therefore wellness of the employees is of high priority to ensure high quality and productivity
Assistant Director (Current Employee) –  Pretoria, GP2 March 2014
Some information was missing on the document that was to be sent to the Senior Authorities and immedialtely informed managers so that an error can be rectified even before someone can notice.
Sharing information and knowladge with my co-werkers is essential as one will always be on top of the issues concerning the work and the organisation in general.
The supppor, encouragement, critisism and recognition of job well done is a greate motivation as it makes one wish to learn more and to improve on the areas that were critisied and ensure excellence at the end of the day.
I have not found my job to be hard in any way and the nost enjoyable part of it is when experencing new challangies.
The lesson i learned is that: taking responsiblilty for your work is important as it makes ones work less complicated and also show ones confidance about the work.

its an amazing vibrant and innovative working environment
HR Practitioner (Current Employee) –  Pretoria, GP27 November 2013
-my job is very challenging in a sense that I deal with all the aspects of Recruitment and Selection.Administering personnel suitability skills and pre-employment screening, verification of qualifications, screening applications, rendering advisory services as an HR Secretariat during shortlisting sessions and scribing during interviews.
– what I have learnt in this field of expertise is that one ought to be assertive and adhere to prescribed practices of doing things as mistakes can amount to high hiring costs.
– I work with a team of three guys with me being the only female colleagues its challenging at time s but alot of fun as we sometimes have different views on how to go about doing things.
-the hardest part of my job is when I have to be assertive and despite rank call managers to order if they want to be biased towards appointing the right people with the relevant skills.
-I love everything about my job,the benefits and the travelling at times is fun.you get to learn different kinds of personalities and improve on both your negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Pros
cellphone allowances, travelling allowances and performance bonuses
Cons
inadequate resources and manpower to execute response handling of applications received
